Must have CDL Class A
Must be at least 21 yrs old.
No DUI’s or Felonies
Must live within 40 miles of the terminal (Wheatland, PA)
Must have clean MVR (driving record)
 
Drivers are home every other night to every 2 nights.  Drivers will use all guidelines according to the Federal Department of Transportation Regulations.
All drivers are in on the week-ends but not necessarily off.
 
Drivers will start at a pay rate of 24% of the gross revenue of the load.
 
All new hires will go thru a undetermined training period @ a pay of $350 gross per week.
 
Drivers are eligible for Co. paid benefits (family included) after approx. 90 days (100% co. paid)
 
Will earn 1 wk vacation after 1 year of employment.
 
Must join the union (Teamsters Local 261) after 30 days from seniority date (date rd. tested and assigned truck)

The location of the home terminal will be in Wheatland, PA just across the OH/PA state line.  We are approximately 15 miles from the Vienna, OH airbase. The areas that the drivers will be running will be PA, OH, MI, Upstate NY and Canada, and all east of our terminal: NY City, Long Island, NJ, DE, and MD.  The home time is frequent as well.  Freight is taken out of this area and the return loads come back to or through the area.  They should expect to be out 1 to 2 nights which will vary, no 2 days are ever the same.
