[Las Vegas, Nevada, May 5, 2026] – Azim Saju, chief executive officer of ARK Holdings, was presented with Choice Hotels International’s Premier Legacy Award at the franchise’s 70th Annual Convention, an event that brings together thousands of franchisees, brand leaders, and hospitality professionals.

 

The Premier Legacy Award is one of the most prestigious honors within Choice. When presenting the award, CEO Pat Patious shared from the convention mainstage, “[The Award] recognizes an outstanding and longtime Choice owner who has built a true legacy with Choice Hotels.” Honorees demonstrate exemplary commitment to the brand, consistently elevate guest experience standards, and make lasting contributions to their communities and the broader hospitality industry. Saju was selected from among thousands of Choice Hotels franchisees nationwide.
