Morgan State University in Baltimore City has been going through some changes. Along with the newly completed Thurgood Marshall residence Hall, construction is nearly complete for the new health and Human Services building.

As with any construction projects, unsuitable soil can have an impact. When soft soils were encountered in the parking areas, E J Breneman was enlisted to stabilize with cement.

A few days of spreading and mixing Portland cement into the soils and a brief curing period, the parking areas are ready for paving.
