Canada’s Enerplus Corp. will sell properties in Alberta and southwest Saskatchewan for CA$67.3 million, including most of its shallow gas assets and the Brooks waterflood property, according to a March 9 press release.Enerplus entered definitive agreements for the sale, which could realize a 60 cent-per barrel of oil equivalent reduction of overall opex, improving the margin and reducing the overall well count, the press release said.
