The Ohio Power Siting Board has scheduled a Dec. 3 virtual public meeting on a proposed solar project in Madison County, Kallanish Energy reports.
Developer Madison Fields Solar Project LLC wants to develop the 180-megawatt facility on 1,932 acres between Rosedale and Mechanicsburg in central Ohio.
The company is an affiliate of Savion of Lawrence, Kansas.
It also has plans for a solar facility near Atlanta in Ohio’s Pickaway County.
