A White House meeting that was to help determine whether the U.S. should withdraw from the Paris climate accord has been postponed, a White House official said on April 18.
Some of President Donald Trump’s top advisers, including Energy Secretary Rick Perry and Environmental Protection Agency head Scott Pruitt, were scheduled to meet on April 18 to discuss how Trump should handle the 2015 climate deal.
The meeting was canceled because “some of the principals are traveling today,” the White House official said. The meeting will be rescheduled, but no date has been set, the official said.
