Western Gas Partners LP (NYSE: WES) said Feb. 13 that Benjamin M. Fink has been named president and CEO, succeeding Don Sinclair, who plans to retire.Fink has served as senior vice president of finance and CFO for Western Gas since 2009. He also held the position for Western Gas Equity Partners LP (NYSE: WGP) since its formation in 2012.In anticipation of his retirement, Sinclair stepped down from his officer positions at Western Gas and as senior vice president of midstream at the company’s sponsor, Anadarko Petroleum Corp. (NYSE: APC).
